I am delighted to invite you to the next Restore + Rumi Day Retreat at Snowbird. This offering will include a blend of gentle, restorative yoga and the wise and ancient words of our Sufi mystic poet, Rumi. Held by the mountain, we will enjoy states of deep rest as we open to the wisdom and healing of Rumi poetry. Please consider joining me for a day of beauty and poetry in the mountains.

Please note that the price of $135 includes access to the Cliff Spa (eucalyptus steam room and rooftop pool/hot tub), lunchtime snacks AND a lavender eye pillow. Open to all levels, please bring a friend!
